Poznań Fashion Fair is a place for business meetings. How successful they will be depends also on you. Regardless of whether you are a regular guest of Poznań International Fair (MTP) or going to visit us for the first time this spring – you should prepare to the fair in order to make the most of the three days and benefit from the event as much as possible.
Here are ten tips that will help to make your stay at the fair even more effective:

Electronic registration of participation in the fair means:

Check the list of the exhibitors and brands participating in the event.
As soon as at the beginning of January the list is going to be available on our websites.
Make a list of companies whose stands you want to visit. Poznań Fashion Fair means several hundreds of stands and just three days. You need to be selective.

Poznań is the most famous Polish city of trade fair in the world and an important place for international business meetings. Located in the centre of Europe, just 2 hours and a half drive from Berlin and 3 hours from Warsaw. Poznań has an international airport of Ławica and a rich offer of international and domestic flights. The geographic location of Poznań provides excellent transport connections to cities of all the regions in Poland and abroad.

- Plan your time at the fair and make use of business advice
Poznań Fashion Fair is not only an exhibition but also an opportunity to acquire professional knowledge. At seminars and industry conferences you can learn how to maximise your profits through applying efficient sales techniques.

- Follow the trends
The fair abounds with numerous shows and seminars devoted to the trends for the upcoming seasons. Participation in them will provide you with the knowledge on the most fashionable and desired trends for future seasons.
- On arrival, go to the information point to collect a free catalogue of exhibitors
The catalogue includes the list of all the exhibitors, their contact data and information on their products. If you do not manage to meet all those you have planned to see at the fair, you can always contact them afterwards.
- Make use of the visitor guide available at the trade fair
The guide includes the list of exhibitors and the programme of accompanying events. All the companies are located according to the sectors they belong to, which will help you find the right places when meeting the representatives of the companies that interest you.
- Take a break
Attending the exhibition may be tiring due to its size. Take a break at the Relaxation Zone, look through industry journals and regain energy.
